nothing that I like
We arrived to check in around 2:30PM and room was not ready until 4:15PM!!! Very disappointed dirty carpet and moldy shower mat.

The hotel's setting was riverside and the staff were particularly helpful and attentive people in assisting with late check outs for those whose flights are late at night. Just a 15-minute walk away there was Sha Tin Wai subway station👍

I was impressed with the staff who were polite and helpful. Location is good as it's by the river. There are many restaurants on the lower levels - many options. Room service was quick and good.

We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub after a day of exploring. The location is perfect for a local vibe, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean and spacious. Registering for the hotel's member program was a smart move. It made everything smoother.
Service was super slow, and it reminded me of no one was around to help, made dining out a hassle.

Close to river and river path
Inconvenient to Kowloon and Hong Kong. MTR station is across the river and hotel shuttle operates on limited evening hours. Also hotel is over-priced.

Great location and spacious room
The location was fantastic, just a short walk from metro stations and local eateries. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. There was some street noise that could be improved upon.
